Audion Innovision announced today that there will be new ownership with Ban Leong set to take over operations. The change comes about as former CEO Boyd Dainton retired from Audion Innovision, after almost 20 years in the IT and CE distribution industry.
Ban Leong, has been a brand name in the technology products distribution industry for over 15 years and has been listed on the SGX Main Board since 2005. Till date, they have more than 30 authorized distributorships for over 70 types of products under 45 brand names.
Former National Sales Manager Ray Anshuman will now be the Acting General Manager of Audion. With over 12 years experience in the industry Ray is excited about the new role and the opportunity it brings. Ray comments,
“We will endeavour to create a more progressive organisation that considers all stake holders while conducting its day to day operations. Ban Leong’s involvement marks a very exciting time for Audion, providing us with greater access to exciting new brands that we will be able to bring to the Australian Marketplace. Audion’s head office has now been relocated to Melbourne with a team of sales staff Australia wide. The new ownership will see Audion taking a fresh approach with customer service being a key focus moving forward.
