- Sound processor: Ccontrolled bass compensation for an improved low-end reproduction. This processor circuitry is tuned to influence only audible frequencies between 30Hz and 80Hz, lower frequencies are affected to avoid overloading the speakers with inaudible subsonic energy. Each channel has a two-stage circuit for signal monitoring and correction, employing digital and analogue technology. The output signal going to the speaker is constantly measured and converted into a digital control signal which in turn is processed by digital control loops. The whole control process works extremely fast and clean to avoid thermal overload of the speakers.
- The dynamic treble correction for improved transparency and treble contouring without adding any harshness at high volumes
- LimiterIng addition to that processing the Profiler PD14.10 has an independent built-in limiter. It detects non-linear conditions in each separate channel, e.g. caused by mismatched impedances or signal overloading and corrects the input signal according to a built-in algorithm which accommodates acoustical requirements. The limiter has been designed to introduce no dynamic loss whatsoever. The speaker outputs are Speakon type. Two AMP IN jacks in the master section allow to use the internal power amplifiers for external signal, e.g. for monitoring.
