The company was setup in 2002 by Michael Deming. Mike was formally (and still is) a producer, come engineer, who liked to dabble with electronics.
The company now resides in the cozy little suburb of Enfield in Connecticut USA.
It has become a reasonably well known "Boutique" brand with a penchant for hand assembly and inspection
