The Receiver is an Antenna Diversity design with two audio outputs; a fixed mic level balanced output to perfectly match the Aeromix 2+2EU Mixer’s Mic inputs, and an unbalanced line level jack output that matches up with the Aeromix 1+1EU Voice input and adjustable with a front panel volume control. There is also an “RF check” button to press and hear that the chosen frequency is free from interference - very handy when installing systems in large community clubs with entertainment wireless systems working in other areas of the building.

A rack mount kit, as shown in the picture above, with a front mounting antenna panel is available for rack installations.

The 16 channel Transmitter has been coated at the factory with an Australian designed “Corrosion inhibitor” that is used to protect circuit boards used in marine, mining, medical and military electronics. In the old days this was known as ‘tropic proofing’. The lacquer manufacturer guarantees protection of the PCB for a period of two years.

All electronic parts are manufactured by Chiayo Electronics. The 16 channel UHF Transmitter uses a simple case with no hinged flaps or battery doors, no external stub antenna to get broken, just one on/off switch, 9v Battery powered and with a circuit board inside protected from sweat damage by a special Australian designed corrosion inhibitor (a special lacquer)

The system is designed and made for our Aeromic & E*Mic fitness headmics, it is also compatible with all mic's wired for Chiayo or MiPro Transmitters as sold in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong & Singapore regions.
